Israeli police are searching for a young Arab who was videotaped wielding a sharp blade and threatening passengers on a 128 bus, Israel’s Channel 2 reported.
Upon seeing the knife, the bus driver stopped the vehicle, all of the passengers fled and no one was harmed.
Police searched local villages near Beitar Illit, in the Judean mountains for the young man, but did not find him. After reviewing security footage, security forces believe his plan was to assassinate the bus driver and steal the bus.
