IDF – Soldiers serving in the Central Command, and specifically Judea and Samaria, will receive an anti-kidnapping kit including useful instructions to prevent abduction of soldiers. This, as well as other measures, is taken in response to concrete data and recent threats to kidnap soldiers.
The kit warns the soldiers against illegal hitchhiking, calls them to employ caution while waiting for rides and travelling in private vehicles, and more.
