Politico – Donald Trump may have clobbered his rivals in the New York primary, but it was John Kasich who won the real estate mogul’s own stomping grounds: Manhattan.
The Ohio governor defeated Trump in New York County, which is conterminous with Manhattan, 45.2 percent to 41.8 percent. Kasich also bested Trump in New York’s 12th Congressional District, which includes part of Manhattan’s East Side and a chunk of Brooklyn, by 700 votes.
