Rabbi Brings Refreshments, Food to Police on Guard Outside Manchester Arena Following Deadly ISIS Suicide Bombing

A rabbi handed out hot beverages and food on Tuesday to police officers standing guard outside the Manchester Arena, where a deadly terrorist attack took place the previous night.
Rabbi Shneur Cohen, of Chabad Manchester City Centre, was seen seen on a video published by the British radio station LBC distributing coffee and pastries at the site where a suicide bomber killed 22 people and wounded dozens of others on Monday.

The attack — which ISIS claimed responsibility for — took place at around 10:30 p.m. as a concert by American pop star Ariana Grande was ending in the 21,000-seat arena.
Rabbi Cohen said the people of Manchester would unite and support each other through this hard time. He told LBC, “We are Manchester. We will stand together strong, shoulder-to-shoulder, with positive acts of kindness. Everyone can do their bit…Today we will stand taller and stronger — go out, do to your neighbor and your friend, an extra bit of kindness. We are Manchester, we will go stronger.”
The Manchester Evening News created a JustGiving page to support the families of those killed and wounded in the bombing.
