Elai Rettig and Benny Spanier

Dr. Elai Rettig is a lecturer and assistant professor in the Department of Political Studies and a senior research fellow at the Begin-Sadat Center for Strategic Studies at Bar-Ilan University. He specializes in energy geopolitics and national security. Dr. Benny Spanier is a senior research fellow at the Maritime Policy & Strategy Research Center (HMS) of the University of Haifa. He specializes in international public law and maritime law with an emphasis on international tribunals.
