Gary Emmanuel

Gary Emmanuel is a securities attorney with the firm of Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP. He focuses his practice on representing both private and public companies that are navigating the process of capital raising including private placements and registered offerings. In addition, Gary represents companies in a wide variety of corporate transactions including reverse mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures and has represented, Godspell, the first successfully crowdfunded project under Regulation A. Gary graduated with honors in English and European Law from Queen Mary College, University of London and holds a master's degree in law from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
