H.V. Savitch

H.V. Savitch is a Global Fellow at the Wilson Center (Washington DC) and Emeritus Brown and Williamson Distinguished Professor at the University of Louisville. He is a former Lady David Fellow at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a researcher at the Floershiemer Policy Institute in Israel.
