Seth M. Siegel
Seth M. Siegel is a writer, lawyer, activist, and serial entrepreneur. Siegel is the author of the book Let There Be Water: Israel’s Solution for a Water-Starved World, published by Thomas Dunne Books/St. Martin’s Press in September 2015. His essays on water and other policy issues have appeared in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, the Los Angeles Times, and in leading publications in Europe and Asia. Siegel has spoken in the US and in Israel on water issues, including at the United Nations and the Council on Foreign Relations. Siegel is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
Siegel has been quoted in dozens of print and electronic media outlets, including The Wall Street Journal, BusinessWeek, The New York Times, the Financial Times (FT), USA Today, CNN, CNBC, MSNBC, and Fox News. Siegel has appeared on the NBC Nightly News and The Today Show, and was a regular studio guest on CNBC. He has lectured as an adjunct professor at New York University.
Siegel is the co-founder of several companies, including Beanstalk, the world’s leading trademark brand extension company, and Sixpoint Partners, a boutique financial services firm. He was also a Producer of the Broadway revival of Man of La Mancha. Siegel sits on the boards of several not-for-profit organizations, including the Heschel School, AIPAC, and NLI-USA, the organization charged with rebuilding the National Library of Israel.
