Ynet – A report on the 2010 Gaza flotilla incident, that was to be made public Wednesday was postponed due to stalled talks between Israel and Turkey, according to Israeli sources the report contains harsh criticism against both turkey and Israel, but also finds that the naval blockade of Gaza is legal.
The Palmer report criticizes Israel, despite determining that the blockade does not violate international law. It says the IDF acted “too soon” and with excess force against the activists on board the Marmara vessel.
