YNet – Chief Military Rabbi Brigadier-General Rafi Peretz recommended Wednesday to dismiss IAF Rabbi Moshe Raved from the military over his resignation from his post as the head of an IDF program that recruits haredim.
Peretz summoned Raved to what IDF sources called a “harsh hearing” following his decision to leave the program. Following the hearing, Peretz decided to recommend that Raved be dismissed from the military immediately.
