Ynet – Infrastructural work on the southern border fence is ongoing and now the IDF is planning an operational revolution in the day-to-day handling of the ever growing terror threat emanating from the Sinai Peninsula. The new plan includes an elite infantry force, sophisticated weapons systems and a complete change of perspective.
The Egyptian Military positions, which have been adjusted by 180 degrees in the past year and which now face the Sinai Peninsula, are a testimony to the fact that the southwest border has become even more combustible.
