Close Friend of President Obama Donates Big Money to Democratic Super PAC

USA Today – Much is being made today of the paltry fundraising totals for Priorities USA Action, the super PAC supporting President Obama that brought in about $59,000 for January.

Who is behind the group’s biggest donation? USA TODAY’s Fredreka Schouten looked at the records and found out $50,000 came from John Rogers, chairman and CEO of Ariel Investments, who also happens to be one of Obama’s closest friends.
