Calgary Herald – Israeli President Shimon Peres has arrived in Canada for the start of a five-day trip during which security, trade and innovation will be the key focus.
The 88-year-old Nobel Peace Prize laureate will be officially welcomed by Gov. Gen. David Johnston at Rideau Hall on Monday morning before engaging in a range of meetings, including with Prime Minister Stephen Harper.
