A delegation of 70 leaders of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations met in Washington, DC, on Monday with Vice President Joe Biden and other officials to discuss a variety of foreign policy issues.
Some of the topics on the agenda included preventing Iran from developing or acquiring nuclear weapons, U.S.-Israel security cooperation, the “Arab Spring,” and more. The officials re-emphasized the Obama administration’s “ironclad” commitment to Israel’s security and their agreement to “keep all options on the table” in order to prevent a nuclear Iran.
