Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg dined kosher-style on his honeymoon in Italy recently.
Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla Chan had lunch at Nonna Betta, located in a Jewish section of Rome.
Roman-style artichokes, ravioli in an artichoke sauce and fried pumpkin flowers were the dishes of choice for the newlyweds.
Umberto Pavoncello, the owner of Nonna Betta, confirmed that Zuckerberg and his new bride had eaten at his restaurant shortly after the couple left. “They seemed like two lovebirds. They shared a plate of artichoke ravioli in the centre of the table. It was a very romantic scene,” he said.
The couple also visited Rome’s famed Spanish Steps, the Colosseum, and the Sistine Chapel.
