The Romney Presidential Campaign has released a new Television advertisement attacking President Obama over his positions on Israel.
The ad, entitled ‘Cherished Relationship,’ which features images and clips of Romney’s recent trip to the Holy Land, calls out the President on not having visited Israel during his tenure and for refusing to acknowledge Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.
The ad paints the US relationship with Israel as one based on a common language of “freedom and justice,” and as reflective of wider foreign policy ideals. “Mitt Romney will be a different kind of president—a strong leader who stands by our allies,” the ad declares.
