Cuban-American rapper Pitbull – real name Armando Christian Pérez – will be arriving on Sunday night in Tel Aviv via private jet for a concert on Monday. Israel’s Channel 2 reports that his hotel is busy stocking up with the hard partying performer’s must-haves in anticipation of his arrival.
For his concert, which will feature seven other musicians and four dancers in Hall 1 of the Tel Aviv Fairgrounds, Pitbull has two full-time bodyguards, as well as a long list of requirements to make his short stay comfortable.
Pitbull’s 2011 album, Planet Pit, featured the hit single “Give Me Everything,” which is pretty much what he asked for from his hosts.
According to Channel 2, Pitbull’s demands include a full bar: four bottles of vodka, one bottle of tequila, two bottles of dark rum, two bottles of Cabernet, two bottles of white wine and 40 lemons. For mixers and more refreshment, his camp asked for 24 bottles of Fiji mineral water, 12 bottles of Coke and Sprite and two bottles each of cranberry, orange and pineapple juice. Backstage, they require cases of water and soda, too.
To eat, the rapper requested pasta salad with grilled chicken and pasta salad without grilled chicken, plus 20 packs of cinnamon and blueberry favored energy bars.
While some performers have caved to international anti-Israel pressure to boycott concert performances, his Israeli hosts were more than accommodating, welcoming Pitbull and his thirsty posse with open arms.
