Ynet – The IAF deployed an Iron Dome missile defense system in the Sharon region Wednesday, as part of IDF operational process.
The battery is to protect the cities of Netanya, Hadera and towns in their vicinity.
Iron Dome systems have underwent significant upgrading processes, intended to expand the area the batteries can protect and the number of rockets it can intercept.
