Aleksandar Vulin, Serbian Government Minister in charge of Kosovo, is on an official visit to Israel from Friday through Sunday, according to the inSerbia website, citing the Serbian government Office for Kosovo-Metohija.
Vulin will meet Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Zeev Elkin and deliver a lecture on foreign policy and security at the Truman Institute at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
