A member of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad terror group threatened Israel in broken Hebrew in a video shot by the Gaza-based Islamists from a rocket launching pad, Israel’s Channel 2 reported on Thursday.
“You cowardly Zionist army! We, the members of the al-Quds Brigades, are ready for your invasion. The choice is yours: dead soldiers or prisoners,” the bilingual terrorist said.
Dressed in black, the Islamist radical continued his diatribe saying there will be, “…no immunity for you in our country. The government of the Zionist terrorists will never achieve its goals.”
The terrorist’s rant against the Israeli government then turned into a direct appeal to the Israeli public. “Do not allow your lives to be taken hostage by your extremist leaders, who are unwilling to live in peace and have instead chosen to engage in wars and destruction,” he pleaded.
The Jihadist speaker then requested that Israelis kindly leave the Jewish state: “We invite you to leave our country and find one of your own.”
As the video pans to a rocket prepared to be launched at Israeli citizens, the Islamic Jihad representative says off camera, “The news: what you see isn’t what you hear.”
The video has been featured widely across many Arab-language websites, Channel 2 reported.
