BringBackOurBoys Meme Met With Hateful Response by Kidnapping Supporters (PHOTOS)

The social media campaign #BringBackOurBoys, launched in solidarity with the families of three abducted Israeli teens, as well as to attract attention to their cause, was met with a cynical response from supporters of the kidnappers.
Across Palestinian media, social media pages and blogs, the essence of the meme’s message of support for the “boys” was reversed to show the act as a victory for groups that seek Israel’s destruction.
Eyal Yifrah, 19, Gilad Shaar, 16, and Naftali Frenkel, 16, were last seen on Thursday night near Gush Etzion. The boys, two Israeli and one American, were initially claimed to have been taken by forces loyal to ISIS, the former al Qaeda affiliate raging through Syria and Iraq, but, on Sunday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Hamas was to blame.
