Jerusalem Post – By the time the warning siren sounded at Nahal Oz on Friday afternoon, the mortar shells had already started slamming into the kibbutz.
Daniel Tragerman’s parents grabbed his younger sisters, Yuval, three, and Ori, one, and dashed to safety. Daniel’s father ran back for the four-year-old, but another mortar strike hit a car parked outside the family house and sent shrapnel flying that killed the boy.
