‘#JeSuisJuif’ Unites Twitter Users After Paris Terror Attacks

As the two sieges in France involving Islamist terrorists earlier today ended with the deaths of the three gunmen, along with four of the hostages from the kosher supermarket in eastern Paris, the #JeSuisJuif hashtag united Twitter users in an outpouring of grief and anger.
Similar hashtags appeared earlier this week. #JeSuisCharlie was coined to honor the dead in Wednesday’s massacre at the headquarters of satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo, whole #JeSuisAhmed paid tribute to police officer Ahmed Merabet, who was killed while on patrol in the vicinity of the Charlie Hebdo building.
