New York Daily News – A potentially historic blizzard that could bring 3 feet of snow is barreling toward the city — and officials are already warning that mass transit could be shut down before the Monday night rush, stranding millions.
The National Weather Service predicts blizzard-like conditions to whip up winds as high as 65 mph and drop as much as 30 inches of snow.
