Hamas on Sunday published a short video clip that it claims shows the-then commander of the Israeli army, Benny Gantz, within rifle range near the border fence with the Gaza Strip during the 2014 fighting in the coastal enclave.
Hamas touted the footage as a demonstration of the surveillance and intelligence capabilities of its military wing, the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades.
