Yeshiva World – Yesh Atid opposition party leader MK Yair Lapid on Thursday morning visited Haggai Street in Jerusalem’s Old City, the site of a number of Islamic terror attacks and disturbances in recent weeks. Accompanied by police, Lapid was given a briefing of the situation and what is being done to maintain law and order in the Muslim Quarter.
Lapid told the press “Instead of managing policy, we have a government that constantly tells us what the problems are. The role of the Israeli leadership is to offer solutions.”
