Iran’s ambassador to Lebanon said his country would begin providing financial support to the families of Palestinian terrorists who attacked Israelis, Hezbollah-affiliated Al-Ahed News reported on Thursday.
During a press conference at the Iranian Embassy in Beirut, Mohammad Fatahali told reporters that the Islamic Republic would pay the families of “martyrs” $7,000, and those whose homes were demolished by Israeli security forces for belonging to the families of terrorists would receive $30,000.
Fatahalli stressed that liberating all of Palestine was not too great a feat for God, and that the “martyrs” would secure their country’s freedom “from the [Jordan] river to the [Mediterranean] sea,” a reference to the entire state of Israel.
