When Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed Congress in early 2015, Elie Wiesel was present, appearing during the broadcast of the premier’s address.
Wiesel, one of the world’s most famous Holocaust survivors, expressed his support of Netanyahu’s speech on the dangers of Iran’s nuclear program, and is known to stand up against any form of discrimination and anti-semitism.
