Four men in London were arrested on Friday in connection with an antisemitic incident.
The incident took place on Friday at 1.30 am in London’s Blackwall Tunnel. A 28-year-old Jewish man was driving through the underpass, when the four occupants of a car driving alongside him began shouting antisemitic epithets, according to a spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police.
The London branch of Shomrim, an international, Jewish volunteer neighborhood patrol organization, said the men shouted “F—ing Jews” and “Kill the Jews” at the victim, whose partner and child were with him, and threw eggs at his car, according to the UK Mirror.
The four men arrested, aged 20 and 22, remain in custody at an east London police station, as authorities investigate the incident.
