JNS.org – Mark Wilf, a billionaire real estate developer and owner of the Minnesota Vikings football team, has been named the incoming chair of the Jewish Federations of North America.
The son of Holocaust survivors, Wilf is a major donor to the Yad Vashem Holocaust museum and memorial in Israel. He is also the current National Campaign Chairman of the JFNA and vice chair of their board of trustees. He serves as co-chair of the JFNA National Holocaust Survivors Initiative, which has raised millions of dollars in support for Holocaust survivors.
Wilf is an attorney and partner in Garden Homes, and co-owner of the Vikings with his brother, Zygi. He also serves as a Trustee of Yeshiva University in New York.
Mark’s father, Joseph Wilf, was the first North American chair of the “March of the Living” youth trip to Poland and Israel, which dedicated the 2017 “March of the Living” to his memory.
