JNS.org – An IDF soldier was in critical condition Thursday after a Palestinian threw a heavy object at his head north of Jerusalem.
The soldier was taken to Jerusalem’s Hadassah Ein Kerem Medical Center when troops attempting to arrest terror suspects in the Palestinian Authority-controlled al-Amari refugee camp north of Ramallah and Psagot came under attack, at which time a large rock or cinder block was hurled at the soldiers.
The injured soldier was hit in the head. The incident was censored by the military until his family could be notified several hours later.
