The Iran-backed, Gaza Strip-based Islamic Jihad terrorist group published a video on Wednesday showing its operatives firing mortars and rockets into southern Israel the previous day.
Dozens of mortars and rockets were launched at Israel on Tuesday by Islamic Jihad and Gaza-ruling Hamas. One mortar struck the yard of a kindergarten in a kibbutz, shortly before children were due to arrive there.
A tense quiet fell over the Israel-Gaza border on Wednesday, following an Egyptian effort to broker a ceasefire.
