The below page at the Palestine cabinet website shows that anyone who has spent more than a year in Israeli prisons is entitled to free health insurance.
All they have to do is fill out paperwork and provide proof that they were in an Israeli prison for more than a year and are no longer incarcerated.
Regular Palestinians have to pay a monthly fee for health insurance — even those who are unemployed (though they pay less). From what I can tell, former prisoners who have been held in Israeli prisons for terror activities are the only ones who get free health insurance.
This is more proof that the support the Palestinian Authority gives to terrorists goes beyond salaries.

Elder of Ziyon has been blogging about Israel and the Arab world for a really long time now. He also controls the world, but deep down you already knew that.
