Supermodel Karlie Kloss confirmed for the first time publicly that she converted to Judaism before marrying Joshua Kushner last year.
“I joined the tribe. Mazel,” she said last week during the after-show for “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.”
Kloss, 26, then raised her drink for a toast with Cohen, who in response called Kloss a “nice Jewish girl.”
The “Project Runway” host married the brother of Jared Kushner, the son-in-law and senior adviser of President Donald Trump, in New York last October.
Numerous reports claimed Kloss converted before marrying, but it was never confirmed by her or a member of her team.
Her sister-in-law, Ivanka Trump, also converted to Judaism before marrying into the Kushner family.
